Clive Thompson has an interesting article up over at Wired. He explains how the short 140 character message limit of Twitter can make individual messages meaningless. But when you look at all those messages as a whole (from friends) then it gives you a good "wireframe" on what their life is about and who they are... A "sixth sense" about your friends. Interesting.

One other interesting tid-bit in the article is that he says that Twitter's user numbers are doubling every 3 weeks.  We don't know the source of the claim so we will treat it as rumour for now.
